**The Marketing Operations Manager position's pay start with a reduced annual rate in the first 90 days of training. During the 90 day period, the new hiree will under review to see if he/she can perform all required duties in satisfactory manner. Within the 90 day period, the new hiree may be dismissed if the work performance and quality does not meet the company's standards. Upon completion of the 90 day review and training period, the new hiree's pay will increase to the typical normal pay rate of $80k - $90k.
